We have a spot for you!


This is hugely important for our team. We have added tournaments and travel costs this season, plans to finish the workout area behind the wrestling building, a need to replace some gear, and further upgrades to our area.

In addition to the new sponsorships available this year, our Fundraising Team is planning a couple of fundraisers to help support these efforts, including a Corn Hole Tournament! If you're interested in helping with fundraising and event planning, please sign up for the Fundraising Team!

Feeding the Team

With so many "away matches" this season, we're in need of a few volunteers to collect food donations and deliver those donations to matches. These 2 volunteers will work together to cover feeding our team during the December overnight tournament days. One Varsity and one JV parent preferably. 

Concession Stand

During our 3 "home matches" this season, we'll need a few volunteers to run the concession stand. We will need a volunteer chair to work with Ms. Melinda Hall in the JTHS front office to coordinate the concession stand and then a few other volunteers to work the stand during matches. The 23-24 season home matches are November 29, December 13, and January 10.

Home Match 50/50 Raffle 

Also during our 3 home matches this season, we'll need a few volunteers to sell 50/50 raffle tickets to the audience. The 23-24 season home matches are November 29, December 13, and January 10.

Senior Night 

January 10, 2024
This small group of volunteers plan our Senior Night to celebrate our graduating senior wrestlers. This group will coordinate the purchase of the senior posters and Senior Night sponsor banner, gather needed information from senior wrestlers, buy/make decorations for the gym, and then decorate the gym prior to the match start that night. We ask that these volunteers be "non-Senior parents" each year. If you're interested in helping for this important celebratory night, please sign up for our Senior Night Team!

End of Season Banquet 

This is our largest team of volunteers needed throughout the season. Just a couple of volunteers typically chair this team to make decisions on when and where the End of Season Banquet will be held, coordinate the banquet meal, create a season slide show, and purchase decorations. A larger group of volunteers then come together the day of to decorate the banquet space. Sign up for the Banquet Team to help ensure we celebrate our wrestlers' hard work throughout the season!


Our Media Team is responsible for taking pictures of the team, updating the team website, posting to the team social media accounts as well as the organizer of the team "merch" stores (RUDIS and a local shop).  

Travel Coordinator

The team Travel Coordinator helps the coaching staff with overnight tournament trip arrangements; such as hotel bookings, transportation needs, etc. 

Summer Camp

2023 was our first youth summer camp and was run solely by the coaching staff with a few last minute volunteers. This year we’d like to have a few volunteers to take over some of the tasks needed to be done before and during the camp week in June (17-21). Tasks TBA.
